Godrej Enterprises Group unveils new logo, CMD calls rebrand transformative
“The new logo reflects our shift towards premium offerings in consumer-facing businesses,” said Nyrika Holkar, Executive Director of Godrej Enterprises. “It will allow for greater consistency across all touchpoints, though we will continue to use the stylised logo.”
Chairman and Managing Director Jamshyd Godrej described the rebranding as a pivotal moment. “We are entering a transformative phase for Godrej Enterprises. The realignment in shareholding was a way for us to think of an identity that clearly defined our businesses. While the Godrej brand is a shared asset, both sides have the freedom to rebrand, provided we retain the cursive style,” he explained.
The repositioning introduces three key pillars: enhancing customer experience, design-led innovation for modern India, and shaping preferences for sustainable choices.

Godrej Enterprises, post-split, encompasses unlisted entities including Godrej & Boyce Manufacturing Company, Godrej Holdings, and Godrej Infotech, all led by Jamshyd Godrej and Nyrika Holkar.
Speaking on listing plans, Jamshyd clarified, “Godrej & Boyce has always managed its internal needs for capital with strong cash flows. While there are many opportunities, listing is not on the cards right away.”
Godrej & Boyce, the holding company, remains closely held and unlisted, while Godrej Enterprises serves as the overarching brand for its engineering, consumer durables, and other businesses. “It’s not a holding company; it’s a brand name for this side of our businesses,” Jamshyd Godrej added.
