Ahluwalia Contracts bags order worth ₹1,095 crore from DLF City Centre

Civil construction company Ahluwalia Contracts (India) Ltd. on Friday (October 11) announced the receipt of an order from DLF City Centre.

The total contract value is approximately ₹1,095 crore, excluding GST and labour cess. The project will be completed within 21 months, the company said in an exchange filing.


The order pertains to the construction of civil and composite steel structural works including rough finishing works for Block 5, 6 and 7 at Downtown, Phase-2, Sector-25A Gurugram.

Prior to this, on August 28, the company had bagged an order worth 350.3 crore from Bharat Aluminium Company to construct a housing complex in Chhattisgarh.

The company will design and build 756 2 BHK apartments on an engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) basis at BALCO, Kobra in Chhattisgarh.

Earlier in July, the company had bagged an order worth ₹893.48 crore from the Airports Authority of India to construct a new terminal building and the allied works on an engineering procurement and construction (EPC) model.

Shares of Ahluwalia Contracts (India) Ltd. were trading flat at ₹1,109.65 on the NSE. The stock has gained over 40% so far in 2024.
