Superstars Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna have set off the fireworks with their new ‘Pushpa 2: The Rule’ poster, unveiled to celebrate Diwali with fans.
The poster features the duo in their iconic roles as Pushpa Raj and Srivalli, together, staring into each others’ eyes, igniting excitement among fans. In the vibrant new poster, Allu rocks his intense and rugged style while Rashmika looks radiant in her green saree. “Happy Diwali” the co-stars captioned the post that they shared on their social media handles.

The film, directed by Sukumar, follows the events of the 2021 blockbuster ‘Pushpa: The Rise’, which depicted Pushpa dramatic rise in the smuggling world. The sequel promises even higher stakes, with action-packed sequences and a storyline that delves into Pushpa’s quest for revenge against Shekhawat.

Fans have responded to the Diwali poster with immense enthusiasm, flooding the comments section with firecracker emoticons. The film is slated to release on December 5, where it is set clash at the box office with the Vicky Kaushal starrer ‘Chhava‘, also starring Rashmika in the lead. The film is a historical drama based on the life of Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj, the son of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj.
Meanwhile, on the professional front, Rashmika on Wednesday booked Diwali 2025 for the release of her next movie ‘Thama’, which will see her starring alongside Ayushmann Khurrana in the lead.
