The Telangana Government has issued a formal notice to Diljit Dosanjh ahead of his
Hyderabad concert, reminding him to avoid performing songs promoting alcohol, drugs, or violence. The notice also advised against using children in the show due to safety concerns regarding loud sounds and flashing lights. It was prompted by a representation from a Chandigarh resident and issued by the District Welfare Officer for Women and Children, Disabled, and Senior Citizens, Rangareddy.
The notice was issued after learning that his previous performance at Delhi’s Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium featured songs promoting drugs and alcohol.
