‘Hera Pheri 3’ back on track? Producer Firoz Nadiadwala has reclaimed the rights of the Akshay Kumar, Paresh Rawal, Suniel Shetty starrer: Report

Hera Pheri 3′ has been filled with several glitches ever since the film has been announced. Initially, Akshay Kumar had refused to be a part of the project, later when it was about to go on floors, there was issue regarding the legal rights of the film which producer Firoz Nadiadwala had to sort. The movie was supposed to go on floors a few months back, but was stalled due to it.Now a latest report suggests that Firoz has reclaimed the rights of the movie in this battle with Eros.
A source close to the production team has confirmed, “Firoz has cleared his dues and obtained a No Due Certificate from the court, allowing him to reclaim the rights to Hera Pheri and other films. He is now free to proceed with these projects at his discretion and is eager to return to entertain the audience.”
Further, the source added, “Hera Pheri 3 is a passion project not only for Firoz but also for the original trio—Akshay Kumar, Paresh Rawal, and Suniel Shetty. They’re all thrilled that the focus can now shift to the creative aspects and logistics required to bring the film to life.”
Firoz is known for several hit movies, including ‘Awara Paagal Deewana,’ ‘Phir Hera Pheri,’ ‘Welcome,’ and ‘Aan.’ Earlier Firoz solved his issues with Akshay Kumar and also got him on board for ‘Welcome 3‘, which is titled ‘Welcome To The Jungle’. The film had gone on floors earlier this year.
Recently, Firoz acknowledged to this demand by reuniting with Akshay Kumar for the ‘Welcome’ franchise, with the upcoming title being ‘Welcome to The Jungle.’ The movie has already begun production earlier this year.
