Salman Khan’s security beefed up after Baba Siddiqui’s murder; ‘Sultan’ star looked uncomfortable after visiting the late politician’s family at 3 am |
The news of Senior NCP leader Baba Siddique’s merciless assassination is not only devastating but alarming as well. According to the reports, infamous gangster Lawrence Bishnoi (who is a prime accused in Sidhu Moosewala’s murder, threats, and attacks on Salman Khan) has an alleged connection to Baba Siddique’s killing.
With reports suggesting Lawrence’s involvement in Baba Siddique’s assassination, Salman Khan and his family’s security has become a major concern. After Salam Khan visited Baba Siddique’s family at around 3 am, the security of the actor has been beefed up.
Reacting on the matter, a police source said, “Appropriate measures are being taken.”
Earlier as Salman Khan left after visiting Siddique, he looked very uncomfortable. Though it is normal to look distressed in such a situation, Salman had a different layer of tension surrounding him. Meanwhile, security around Salman Khan’s house has also been increased.
Salman Khan has been on Lawrence Bishnoi’s target list for quite some time now. On June 4, Salman Khan gave a statement to the Mumbai Police after a series of threats and attacks made on him and his family.
“So, I believe that Lawrence Bishnoi, with the help of his gang members, carried out the firing incident when my family members were sleeping and (they were) planning to kill me and my family members.” read the statement.
Salman Khan’s brother Arbaaz Khan also spoke about the incident and shared, “The recent incident of firing by two unidentified person in a motorcycle at Galaxy apartment the residence of the Salim Khan family is very disturbing and unnerving. Our family has been taken aback by this shocking incident that took place. Unfortunately, some people claiming to be close to our family and pretending to be the spokesperson have been making loose statements to the media saying it’s all a publicity stunt and the family remains unaffected which is not true and these views should not be taken seriously.”
