This IIT Kharagpur alum’s brand will pay you ₹1 lakh for doing skincare

The brand has launched its “Skincare Internship” campaign and it is open to anyone over 18 years of age. And what’s even better is that the programme aims to break gender stereotypes and has reserved 50% of the slots for men.
Selected interns would receive personalised skincare routines, curated products, and guidance from industry experts, all the while earning ₹1 lakh as remuneration, the company said in a release.
The application process involves three rounds.
The first is the Application and Screening Round, live from November 18 to December 11, 2024. Candidates will have to fill out a registration form and answer a few questions. Based on the responses, shortlisted participants will proceed to the second round.
In the Video Submission Round, starting December 18 and closing December 25, 2024, selected candidates will submit a video entry showcasing their take on skincare and why they deserve to be chosen.
The final stage, the Interview Round, will be conducted from January 11 to January 18, 2025, where the shortlisted participants will attend a personal interview with the Deconstruct team.
Participants, the brand said, will also gain access to expert-led sessions with dermatologists, product hampers, and pre-placement interview opportunities for brand marketing roles.
