UGC NET June 2024 final answer key released: Here’s how to check
Eligible candidates, who appeared for the prestigious examination, can check and download their scorecards from the official website at ugcnet.nta.ac.in. They can also check their results on the alternate website ugcnet.ntaonline.in.
The UGC NET 2024 (Rescheduled) examination was conducted on August 27, 28, 29 and 30 as well as September 2, 3, 4, and 5 in the Computer Based Test (CBT) mode. It was conducted in two shifts — from 9.30 am to 12.30 pm and 3 pm to 6 pm.
The exam was held for 83 subjects, including Hindi, English, Sociology, French, Spanish and Visual Arts among others in different cities across the country.
Candidates are awarded two marks for each correct answer, and there is no negative marking for incorrect answers. In case of incorrect or ambiguous questions, candidates who attempted the question will receive full marks.
The National Testing Agency on September 11 released the provisional answer keys for the UGC-NET 2024 exam, while the extended objection window was closed on September 14.
How to check the UGC NET final answer key 2024?
Step 1. Visit the official website of the NTA UGC-NET 2024 exam at ugcnet.nta.ac.in.
Step 2: Click on the link ‘UGC – NET June Final Answer Key 2024’ on the homepage.
Step 3: On the screen, a new page with a PDF file will appear.
Step 4: Check the UGC NET result and download it for future reference.
UGC NET Result 2024: Steps to download scorecards
Step 1. Visit the official website of the NTA UGC-NET 2024 exam at ugcnet.nta.ac.in.
Step 2. On the homepage, click on the June exam result link.
Step 3. Mention your application number and date of birth as login credentials.
Step 4. Submit the details. The result will be displayed on your screen. Download it and take a printout for future reference.
Besides this, candidates can also download their scorecards from DigiLocker. Here are the steps to follow –
Step 1. Register on the Digilocker platform by providing your registered mobile number and the Aadhaar Card number.
Step 2: After successfully logging in, select the ‘Get More Now/Get Issued Documents’ option on the home page.
Step 3: Select the UGC NET June Exam 2024 option once available.
Step 4: Click on the UGC NET marksheet or certificate option and provide your Roll Number.
Step 5: Click on the checkbox and proceed further to download your UGC NET Certificate.
Students can even check their results by visiting umang.gov.in or by downloading the Umang app from the Google Play Store or iOS.
The UGC NET, conducted twice every year, is the qualifying exam for the Junior Research Fellowships (JRF), Assistant Professorships as well as the PhD program admissions.
